Job Description

The Administrative Court is seeking an administrator for our administrative department during the summer of 2026.

Your tasks include handling the court's mail, registering in the court's administrative registry, managing the court's invoices, issuing administrative decisions, reviewing cost statements, reviewing service reports for lay judges, and responding to calls and emails from the public. Your tasks also include receiving deliveries and monitoring and managing incoming cases from the operations in the case management system, such as error reports, inquiries, orders, and replenishing copy paper, etc.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education and experience in administrative tasks. It is particularly meritorious if you have experience in invoice management and registration. Experience working in a court is also an advantage.

You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You are an experienced user of the Office suite, especially Word and Excel, and you are accustomed to independently navigating various IT support.

To fit into the role of administrator, you need to be able to quickly switch between different tasks and processes, which requires a structured and flexible working method. It is important that you are results-oriented, that you quickly learn new tasks, and use your existing knowledge flexibly.

The work involves many contacts with the court's employees and the public. This requires you to have a well-developed sense of service and the ability to create good relationships.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and will therefore include testing as part of the recruitment process. Work samples may also be part of the recruitment process.

Prior to employment, background checks may be conducted.

The employment is temporary from June 15 to August 14, 2026.
